Cindy oversees the booking of all reservations, including school field trips, birthday parties, and Challenger Learning Center Adventures. She collaborates with school educators regarding their visits and provides them with information on educational programming. Helping customers solve issues has always been a large part of her work. In addition, Cindy produces reports, maintains databases, and assists at Museum events. She also manages the annual summer employee reciprocal program.
